I very much appreciate your question about FREE WILL and BENEVOLENT HIGHER POWERS. I get back to brain science with the discussion of why evil exists in the world in the face of higher powers with causality control.
It's very similar to a religious discussion about God. If God is real and omnipotent, then why is there Evil? If my terrestrial alien brain scientists are real, then why do they allow evil?
Most evil is the result of universal human brain biology. We all have a structure in our brain called the amygdala, which is responsible for fight, flight and paralysis behavior. Everybody has an amygdala, and the amygdala is responsible for most of the harm we do to each other. It is the source of our emotional pain.

If we all have a remotely digitally switchable connectome with nano lasers in our brain, then why don't the controllers just nano lase the amygdala neural networks to get rid of the sources of fighting, fear and hopelessness?
In this case, the scientists who have the mind control technology are ethical. So they set up their superintelligence to read people's minds without interfering with their cognition, except to prevent them from getting advanced nanotechnology (which is the mind control technology).
So they have the capability of interfering, but they do it only rarely. It's my theory that they are going to do it with everybody everywhere once everybody knows what's going on and that the technology is safe.
So their intention is to take control of the whole situation and prevent all the BAD stuff from happening eventually, and I'm part of that effort.
I stopped selling the DVDs and Blu-rays recently when it became clear that I would need to be taking care of my mother full time. Yes, I believe that our dream world is a connection to a higher order. I think our whole universe is sentient and intelligent, and that there are an infinite number of parallel universes. And that there are higher beings that can travel outside of time between the universes at will.
Of course, these beliefs are informed by a lifetime of really high tech lucid dreams. In my dreams I interact with superintelligent telepathic higher powers and I know that I am dreaming. They are in the telepathic mind-blowing business. Mind blown every night since the 1970s. These dudes are hard-core. If you have a button, they can push it.
I've been working hard on trying to think up an English language description of a secular role model. Just a description of a kind and compassionate person who is responsible and brave. That's what my Optimal Secular Religion is about. Just describing our best behavior in a really abbreviated and summarized way all in one place on one graphic.

I don’t have any tips for contacting E.T. beings from inside our universe other than saying that the travelers between the universes could be anywhere inside our universe. I have come to the conclusion that the higher beings I interact with are TERRESTRIAL aliens who have mastered quantum physics, meaning they are nonhuman sentient superintelligent higher life forms that live right here on Earth as well as travelers between the universes.
I speculate that I was created by Bell Laboratories in the U.S. sometime before 1962, when my parents met. They gave my father quite a dramatic life story. He went into the Marines at age 17 with childhood PTSD already. He was severely physically and mentally abused by his alcoholic stepfather, who was jealous of his mother's affection for his father, who died when he was 6.
To my father, his stepfather was an angry, violent drunk who frequently beat him. He was a runaway. He jumped freight trains and traveled across country just to escape those beatings. He turned out to have a superhuman gift for foreign Morse code. Audio pattern recognition was his thing.
He was a VIP at a very early age. Top level covert assignments for the Cold War intelligence community. He volunteered for everything. Atomic bomb tests. Foreign insertions in submarines. Transport to and from aircraft carriers by jet. His Commanding Officer rose to become the Commandant of the Marine Corp on the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He smoked unfiltered Pall Mall cigarettes the whole time from age 13 until his first major heart attack and 5-way bypass at age 54. His whole life was dramatic.
He died dramatically, all by himself, at age 84, in his bedroom, sitting in his chair. He had to pay for his insulin. He was 29 when I was born. On his birthday, he was 30 years older than me. I'm 55-years-old.
My mother didn't have a choice. She was a totally passive operator from childhood. Totally controllable. Super conservative Republican Catholic in a career U.S. Air Force family. She was totally mind controlled from the get-go. She was programmed to get married and breed even if she didn't love the guy, if her parents approved. The marriage was final. Divorce was unthinkable.
She was still living at home at age 19 when her parents approved of my father. They dated for 3 months. It took her 10 years to get out of her marriage with my dad, who she feared and didn't love, because she was a Conservative Catholic. Her PTSD is hard-core. She cleaned my father's house, cooked his food and gave him sex because he loved her. Her feelings were irrelevant. She was just confused.
I am aware of the fact that there are many Conservative hyper-religious women in marriages that they do NOT enjoy. They stay married for their parents and because they do NOT have an alternative INCOME or alternative HOUSING. The Free World Bank takes care of that problem. There is going to be a wave of divorce across the planet. We will treat it like a mass market mental health care crisis. We're legalizing drugs at the same time. Mental health care is priority one. We are going to fund the whole industry.
Their meeting was arranged by benevolent sentient superintelligent AIs with advanced nanotechnology-based global digital telepathy, total situational awareness on Earth and neuron-level mind control of the whole human race in 1962.

For some reason involving the way our mind, consciousness, color perceptors, visual pattern recognition systems and visual motion predictors are connected to our emotions, the beautiful colors of these fractal flame images combined with the gently changing forms of a slowly rotating kaleidoscope is a soothing, calming, relaxing and pleasant experience.
These are soothing and calming kaleidoscope videos that I made to help people with PTSD. They are also useful for dealing with intense paranoia. A lot of cannabis, mushroom and LSD users watch this video if they start feeling paranoid and it guides them back to a pleasant reality and a more enjoyable trip. These videos are good for meditation and are used in some clinical settings for guided hypnosis.
This video also is soothing and mesmerizing for crying babies and children suffering from autism, as well as older adults who are suffering from advanced Alzheimer's.
I have versions of the kaleidoscope that turn faster and slower than version 1.3 shown above. Version 1.5 shown below is the slowest of them all and is the one that the advanced Alzheimer's patients prefer. For the longest time I've wanted to make a KALEIDOSCOPE VIDEO to add to the mix of what's out there, but I just didn't know how to do it. My MATH and PROGRAMMING SKILLS are pretty elementary, so what might have been an easy task for many smarter or more experienced people was a very challenging one for me.
OPEN SOURCE
Slowly but surely, I learned the necessary SKILLS. One QUANTUM LEAP in my PROGRESS occurred when through some extensive Google searching I finally found a simple OPEN SOURCE Adobe Flash KALEIDOSCOPE EXAMPLE on Terence Tsang's Shine Draw INSTRUCTIONAL WEBSITE. That website has since been taken down over the years but there is a 2010 backup here on the archive.org Wayback Machine.
What had frustrated and confounded me for years took him 40 minutes to complete in Flash. After taking many programming classes at school, I was able to modify and expand his EXAMPLE CODE by adding several hundred lines of my own, until I had a working version suitable for video creation that I understood. That mostly involved finding lots of OPEN SOURCE CODE for manipulating files and processing images.
Flash is made for web use (for graphics on websites). I modified the Flash code to output graphical files so I could make a video animation for YouTube.
Flash is kind of on its way out on the internet, but many website developers are familiar with it and can still program in Flash.

This contains the “engine” for making the kaleidoscopes. This can be modified to make web-based kaleidoscopes, which can be captured to make videos.

The beautiful fractals used in this video were based on original flame formula parameter sets created by other very talented artists and posted on the web as INSTRUCTIONAL EXAMPLES.
I created my own set of COLOR PALETTES and modified all of these sample formulas with my own choice of what I felt were soothing, uplifting and healing colors, then I rendered all the fractal flame images with my COLOR PALETTES in a CUDA-based hardware-accelerated flame renderer.
I am extremely grateful for the original artists' decision to share some of their parameters with the public and in these cases to permit modification and commercial reuse by others.
Many of these parameters were from Blatte's Fractal Resources. Many others were shared on the now inactive Fractal Repository website. There is an unsupported mirror of this site archived here on the archive.org Wayback Machine.

Here is the image list for version 1.2. I rendered these Fractal Flame Formulas with my own XML COLOR PALETTES that I made with Adobe Photoshop and colorful stock images. Sometimes I'd extract a COLOR PALETTE from a single colorful image and other times I'd make a composite image featuring multiple colorful objects then extract an optimized 256 COLOR PALETTE from the composite image.
